Website inquiries

Ballistic Drone Services respects your privacy. We only collect information you submit through this website (such as your name, email, phone number, and project details) to respond to your inquiry and provide service quotes.

We do not sell your information. We may store inquiry details for business records and follow-up. If you would like your inquiry removed, contact us and we will delete it where practical.

Website analytics (if enabled) may collect anonymized usage data. This site is hosted on Netlify and may log basic request data for security and performance.

BDS n8n Publisher

Ballistic Drone Services uses BDS n8n Publisher to prepare and publish content to its own social-media accounts.

The workflow processes submitted photos, accompanying notes, Telegram identifiers, generated captions, image descriptions, approval decisions, and publishing records. It uses Telegram, n8n, OpenRouter and the selected AI provider, Google Sheets, and Meta to perform these tasks. Instagram publishing is included when enabled.

Photos and notes are sent to AI services to generate draft captions. Drafts require approval before publication. Please do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information.

Access, correction, and data deletion

Drafts and processing records may remain after a post is published or rejected. To request access, correction, or deletion of information held by Ballistic Drone Services, email jason@ballisticdrone.ca with the subject BDS Publisher Privacy Request. Include enough information to identify the relevant submission, but do not send passwords or access tokens.

Third-party services process information under their own privacy policies. Deleting our records does not necessarily remove published posts or copies held by those services.
